Dispatch Assistant - Full Time

Martialart smilford is seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants to join our dispatch team. Pack and send orders daily to domestic and international customers as well as stock transfers to boutique locations. This role is based in St Peters.

An overview of this role:

  • Pick and pack online orders.
  • Dispatch daily orders to domestic and International customers.
  • Work to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Continual quality control of all pieces prior to packing and shipping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels with weekly stock counts.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the business to ensure clear lines of communication and high levels of productivity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a Dispatch or Retail role. 
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Be physically capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong problem solving ability
  • Highly flexible, adaptable and decisive. Able to react quickly to issues which arise
  • Willingness to provide hands-on support to the team on a day to day basis to help meet store and customer needs.

Boutique Manager

Martialart smilford are on the lookout for an energetic and driven Boutique Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, sharing in our love for jewellery, creativity, and great culture.

An overview of this role:

  • Lead by example with strong KPIs and a highperforming boutique.
  • Mentor, coach and lead the Retail Team by proactively being accountable for the boutique’s performance
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations within boutique.
  • Consistently motivate Retail teams and foster an inspiring environment with a can-do attitude.
  • Act as a main point of contact for the boutique team members including weekdays/nights and weekends which may be outside of rostered hours.
  • Resolve customer concerns proactively and be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Roster management including approving hours and maximising coverage and productivity.
  • Understand boutique’s stock levels and loss prevention methods.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail to hire, train and consistently look for opportunities to optimise customer service experience.
  • Weekly/Monthy reporting on sales, product performance, team sales and more.
  • Adopt the brand’s family culture and ensure this is translated into boutique teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar retail management role
  • Able to lead by example and drive sales by achieving KPI's and budgets. 
  • A hands-on leadership approach with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Good team spirit
